From Tender Loving Empire with The Honest Truth

A New Kind of House, the follow up to Typhoon’s acclaimed 2010 album, Hunger and Thirst, is due out March 8th, 2011 via Tender Loving Empire. In anticipation of the EP’s release, the band has posted a condensed version of one of the tracks featured on the record. “The Honest Truth” sees Typhoon giving an extended rendition of “Mouth of the Cave” and the A New Kind of House EP also contains a song entitled “Claws Pt. 1″, indicating the band isn’t straying far from what they do best: creating (for lack of a better word) epic and intricate chamber pop ballads.
